All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

We offer a 60-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Exchange requests are accepted within 60 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging.

• All returns must come from a smoke-free environment.

• Only products purchased directly from our online store with a valid receipt are eligible.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• You must provide photos of damaged/defective items if requested by our Customer Support Team.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

• Personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturer’s error. In that case, please contact us at support@podiko.com for a replacement.
